Pixel Watch 2 Specs and Features:

The Pixel Watch 2 maintains its distinctive round display design from the previous model. It's crafted from 100% recyclable aluminum, resulting in a 10% reduction in weight compared to its predecessor. The watch also has a larger haptic crown and a side button for enhanced usability. The AMOLED display on the Pixel Watch 2 is capable of reaching a 1000 nits of brightness and features Always-On Display functionality. To protect the screen, it's equipped with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Under the hood, the Pixel Watch 2 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm 5100 chipset, complemented by the Cortex M33 coprocessor. This hardware upgrade is expected to significantly enhance both the watch's battery life and overall performance.

Speaking of battery life, the Pixel Watch 2 now comes with a larger 306mAh battery, promising up to 24 hours of usage with AOD enabled. Additionally, it supports fast charging, allowing you to achieve a 50% charge in just about 30 minutes.

The Pixel Watch 2 comes equipped with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, ensuring smooth performance and ample space for apps and data.

In terms of health and fitness tracking, the watch includes a heart rate sensor with an AI heart rate algorithm, a SpO2 sensor for monitoring blood oxygen levels, and ECG support for more comprehensive heart health insights. A notable addition is the skin temperature sensor. Furthermore, the watch introduces the Body Response feature, inspired by the Fitbit Sense 2, which can detect stress levels by analyzing sweat and changes in heart rate. This is made possible by the new continuous electrodermal activity (cEDA) sensor, a feature missing from the original Pixel Watch.

The Pixel Watch 2 is a versatile fitness companion, allowing you to track steps, calories burned, and sleep patterns. It supports various physical activities and introduces features like Heart Rate Zone Coaching and Pace Training to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Running on Wear OS 4.0, the watch offers advanced features such as image and GIF previews, one-tap directions, and improved accessibility options. You'll also have access to Google apps like Google Maps, YouTube, and the convenience of Google Assistant for voice commands and assistance.

Additionally, the watch prioritizes safety with features like fall detection, Emergency SOS, Medical ID, and more, ensuring that you stay connected and secure throughout your day.
