The OnePlus Open looks quite similar to the Find N3 and what we've seen in the rumors. It uses a folding mechanism similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and has a large rear camera bump. This phone comes in two colors: Emerald Dusk, which has a matte-frosted glass finish, and Voyager Black, which has a vegan leather finish.

This foldable phone uses a Flexion hinge, and OnePlus has reduced the number of components to 69, making it lightweight but still durable. The main screen is 7.82 inches in size and features LTPO 3.0 technology, offering really bright visuals with 2800 nits of peak brightness. It also has a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and supports 10-bit colors. The secondary screen is 6.31 inches and is also AMOLED, with LTPO 3.0, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 2800 nits of peak brightness. Both screens support Dolby Vision for great picture quality.

OnePlus Open is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and offers up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. You can even expand the RAM by an additional 12GB. The phone is equipped with a 4,850mAh battery and supports fast charging with 67W SuperVOOC technology. It runs on the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13.2, which brings various features like Open Canvas for productivity, multitasking, gestures for easier use, a taskbar resembling a desktop, and more. OnePlus has committed to providing four years of major Android updates and five years of security updates for this device.

Additionally, the OnePlus Open includes features like an X-axis motor, a fingerprint scanner on the side, Dolby Atmos-supported spatial speakers (triple speakers for immersive audio), a USB Type-C port, and more. It also supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.3. OnePlus Open also features the alert slider.

The OnePlus Open's cameras are made in collaboration with Hasselblad for better colors and filters. They also have a special Hasselblad Portrait mode for taking great portrait photos in low light. The camera system includes a 48MP primary camera from Sony with image stabilization, a 64MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and image stabilization, and a 48MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, there's a 32MP camera for the main screen and a 20MP camera for the external display. You can also shoot videos in Dolby Vision HDR for excellent video quality.

Price and Availability:

The OnePlus Open is priced at Rs 1,39,999 and is up for pre-order in India.

It will be available on October 27 on Amazon, Oneplus Website and retail stores.
